About Our Compliance Role:

The Compliance Analyst will exhibit an understanding of our company culture and competitive environment.

  • Maintain ongoing oversight over our compliance with regulatory, legislative, contractual and risk management requirements and reporting
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of compliance processes and checklists in different regions
  • Research and analyze changes in regulatory and legislative requirements to ensure we remain compliant
  • Support various departments and business units by participating on working committees and test groups as required
  • Communicate regularly with other sites and monitor performance
  • Analyze new legislation to determine its impact on risk exposure and ensure compliance activities are coordinated

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • University degree and 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in compliance and/or risk management/audit
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, compliance reporting such as ROC and SOC
