Social Media Strategist

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Social Media Strategist to spearhead our social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across multiple brands.
  • Align every post with ongoing marketing briefs and seasonal promotions.
  • Identify optimal posting schedules to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Manage paid social campaigns, setting up, monitoring, and optimizing Meta ads for efficiency.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and correlate social content with operational performance and in-store sales.
  • Collaborate with on-ground teams for real-time execution.

Requirements:

  • A self-starter with strong marketing instincts and authority in execution.
  • Minimum 2+ years experience running social media for multiple brands, ideally in the food and beverage or retail industries.
  • Proficient in Meta Ads Manager and familiar with social strategy, audience growth, and engagement tactics.
