Job Summary:

The role of an HR Operations Director at JG Summit and Affiliates Shared Services (Aspen Business Solutions, Inc.) is to oversee and optimize all HR operational processes, ensuring seamless execution of employee data management, company benefits, and government benefits.

This position involves managing the day-to-day HR operations including benefits administration, employee data management, and ensuring timely and accurate data entry and reporting for HR metrics and compliance purposes.

Maintaining and managing accurate employee records and HR databases (HRIS) is also a crucial aspect of this role. Additionally, supervising benefits administration, managing employee benefits programs, including enrollments, claims processing, and vendor management, are key responsibilities of this position.

The HR Operations Director will also lead and supervise the HR operations team, providing functional training, guidance, and support. This individual will serve as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns related to benefits and other HR matters.
