Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to support our team in the execution of day-to-day marketing activities across digital channels. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and implementing tactical marketing plans, managing social media campaigns, email marketing campaigns, website updates, data analysis and reporting, CRM management, and budget monitoring.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with writing and editing marketing content with the assistance of AI (e.g. blogs, social media posts, landing pages)

  • Produce simple visual assets using design tools such as Canva and CapCut (e.g. social graphics, videos)

  • Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

  • Monitor engagement and report on performance metrics

  • Build and send email campaigns using marketing automation tools

  • Manage contact lists and optimise email performance through A/B testing and reporting

  • Make basic content updates to websites via CMS (e.g. WordPress)

  • Coordinate with developers for more complex changes

  • Compile performance data from various platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Salesforce)

  • Prepare monthly reports with actionable insights

  • Maintain and update CRM data

  • Support lead capture, segmentation, and customer journey tracking

  • Track campaign and ad spend to ensure budget compliance
