Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Accounting Analyst to join our team. As an Accounting Analyst, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle accounting processes, including month-end and year-end close.

You will maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring accurate financial reporting. Additionally, you will perform hands-on transactional bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform hands-on transactional bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to support strategic decision-making

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as an FP&A Analyst or Accounting Analyst, with a strong understanding of both strategic financial planning and day-to-day accounting operations
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle accounting
  • Advanced, hands-on proficiency in QuickBooks (non-negotiable)
  • Deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management
  • Strong Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis
  • Fully fluent in English
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours (Pacific Time, Central Time, or Eastern Time)
