Job Description

At our organization, we're seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will provide top-notch technical assistance for our Go High Level (GHL) platform.

You'll be the first point of contact for users experiencing issues with our CRM and automation platform, requiring strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. Your developer's mindset and ability to debug complex problems will be invaluable in resolving user-reported issues.

Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with internal development and implementation teams to escalate bugs, propose solutions, and contribute to fixes. Your contribution will play a significant role in enhancing the overall user experience and platform performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with Go High Level (GHL) in a support, automation, or technical configuration role is essential.
  • A developer's mindset, with the ability to debug, trace logic, read logs, and reverse-engineer automation failures, is critical for success in this position.
  • Basic programming skills (JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Python, or API usage) for advanced troubleshooting are also required.
  • Minimum 2 years in a technical support/helpdesk role, preferably in a SaaS, CRM, or automation-heavy environment, is necessary for understanding the intricacies of the platform.
  • Comfortable working with APIs, JSON payloads, and integrations (Zapier/Make experience is a plus).
  • Strong written communication skills for clear, text-based client communication are essential.
  • Self-starter who digs into problems without waiting for step-by-step instructions.
  • Familiarity with Twilio, Google Workspace, Slack.
