About the Position

We are seeking a client-centric sales professional to join our organization, driving educational success and delivering exceptional client experiences.

This role involves leading initial client engagement by responding to inquiries, conducting discovery calls, and guiding families toward the appropriate educational services. This includes maintaining strong pipeline hygiene by updating lead statuses and notes using CRM tools to track lead progress and intake milestones.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a background in education, communications, or sales is preferred. 1–3 years of experience in sales, client services, or customer success is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with high-touch clientele, are essential.

Key Responsibilities
