Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Officer II to join our team at the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA). The successful candidate will assist in the implementation and monitoring of HRMD/HRD programs, projects, and activities.

About the Role:

This role is ideal for individuals who have a strong background in human resources and are passionate about delivering high-quality service. As an Administrative Officer II, you will be responsible for a range of tasks including drafting policies and procedures, maintaining personnel records, and performing other related functions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Implementation and Monitoring: Assist in the implementation and monitoring of HRMD/HRD programs, projects, and activities in the following HR functions: Recruitment and Selection, Performance Management System, Leave and Payroll Administration, Employee Welfare and Benefits Programs, and Human Resource Information System.
  2. Policies and Procedures: Draft policies, procedures, and guidelines on human resource management.
  3. Personnel Records: Maintain personnel records and other documents.
  4. Other Functions: Perform other related functions.
