Job Overview

As a highly skilled Motorcycle Parts Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Philippines market. This exciting role requires an individual with excellent communication skills, industry knowledge, and a strong ability to build relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Visit retailers in Cavite and Laguna, primarily by motorcycle, to promote our products and secure orders.
2. Prepare comprehensive proposals and create accurate price quotations to meet customer needs.
3. Present our product offerings to distributors and wholesalers, fostering strong partnerships and securing new business opportunities.
4. Develop a robust customer base by identifying potential clients and creating targeted lists to maximize sales potential.
5. Collaborate closely with distributors to sell products to retailers, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies.
6. Establish and maintain effective relationships with new and existing distributors, providing exceptional support to drive mutual success.
7. Manage customer credit and payment records efficiently, ensuring timely payments and minimizing financial risks.
8. Create and submit regular reports on sales performance, customer interactions, and other key metrics to inform business decisions.

About the Role:
This is a field-based position that involves extensive travel by motorcycle, with the possibility of working long hours and frequent visits to remote areas. As you gain experience and grow into the role, you can expect to spend more time in the field, directly interacting with customers and promoting our products.

Requirements:
To succeed in this challenging yet rewarding role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree, hold a valid motorcycle license, and have at least 2 years of experience in corporate sales or sales to wholesalers. A background in selling motorcycle parts, particularly drivetrain components, is highly desirable. Additionally, your willingness to commute to Laguna and adapt to the demands of this role are essential factors in your application.
