Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team, providing top-tier financial and operational support to clients globally. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a leadership position, contributing to internal operations and client-facing projects.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping, with a strong proficiency in accounting software platforms. They will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, and collaborating with internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with international accounting standards.
  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including A/P, A/R, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close.
  • Utilize accounting software platforms such as AppFolio, Yardi Voyager, QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks, ZOHO Books, and others.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for management and client review.
  • Support audits, tax preparation, and financial analysis as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
  • Proven experience working with international companies.
  • Strong proficiency in AppFolio, Yardi Voyager and common accounting platforms like QuickBooks.
  • Familiarity with PM Bookkeeper, OJO Bookkeeping, Xero, FreshBooks, and ZOHO Books is a strong plus.
  • Experience with time and project tracking solutions, like Harvest a strong plus.
  • Solid understanding of US accounting practices and international financial standards.
  • Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, and presentation).
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
  • Own computer and reliable internet connection.
  • Professional work ethic and commitment to confidentiality.
