Job Description

As a Coordinating Project Marketing Manager at PHirst Park Homes Inc., you will play a crucial role in overseeing the marketing efforts of our project sites.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing and events, with a strong background in inventory management and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversight of the day-to-day operations of our project sites, ensuring that all aspects of the site are well-maintained.
  • Coordination of marketing collaterals to ensure they are available and of high quality in all project sites' Show Villages.
  • Liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams, coordinating requests for marketing materials.
  • Management of site expenses to ensure they align with our approved budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management or Communications or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years experience in Marketing and Events functions.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management.
  • Excellent management skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel from one site to another and report to Makati City as needed.
