EDI Developer Job Description">

The company is seeking an experienced EDI Developer to support and optimize the existing workflow, contribute to the migration away from Orderful, and provide long-term continuity.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Remove Orderful from existing processes.
  • Transform data from JSON to X12 in BigQuery.
  • Improve overall efficiency by reviewing SQL scripts and documentation in BigQuery.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in data management and integration processes.
  • Solid proficiency in Python programming, with knowledge of JSON data formats.
  • Strong experience with 834/X12 writing and practical knowledge of EDI standards.
  • Experience with CSV/Flat file writing and SFTP processes for secure data transfer.
  • Integration proficiency – ability to troubleshoot and optimize end-to-end workflows.
  • Technical writing skills and high attention to detail for documentation and process clarity.
  • SQL experience, with BigQuery highly preferred.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency is required.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of EDI standards, data integration, and technical writing skills. They must be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
