Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the local HR team and provide guidance on human resources strategies, policies, and practices.
  • Tailor global HR strategies to fit local needs by developing new policies, processes, and plans or adapting existing ones for successful implementation with site/country managers and global colleagues.
  • Collaborate with peers across departments and levels to validate and align HR strategies, policies, processes, and plans.
  • Enhance market competitiveness through innovative HR operations, including coordinating market research, implementing new methodologies, certifications, tools, and automation.
  • Manage local HR projects and the HR Project Roadmap in line with the approved HR Project Management Procedure (HRPMP).
  • Serve as an HR Consultant in areas such as Talent Acquisition, HR Administration, or Organizational Development.
  • Support company growth by expanding the portfolio and aiding in new client acquisition.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing in one or more HR areas.
  • Certification in labor legislation is a plus.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English at C2 level according to the European Language Framework.
