Job Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in shaping our organizational culture and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Supervise daily HR operations and ensure the smooth implementation of HR programs and policies.
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Employee Engagement: Manage employee relations, resolve employee concerns, and promote a positive work environment.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration in coordination with Finance and Accounting.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and ensure timely completion of performance management and employee evaluation processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of solid HR generalist experience, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and can handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in HRIS or payroll systems is a plus.
