Job Description:

HCT Academy [Healthcare and Technology Institute Inc.] is seeking a highly qualified Clinical Instructor to join our team. As a Clinical Instructor, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical instruction and assessment to undergraduate nurses and nurse professionals.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality clinical instruction and assessment to undergraduate nurses and nurse professionals.
  • Facilitate education and evaluation to nursing students and instructors within a specialized area of nursing.
  • Guide and instruct students in the clinical, community, and skills laboratory setting.
  • Develop and update HCT nursing course curricula.
  • Conduct annual inventory of equipment, consumables, and tools in the skills laboratory.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field (preferred).
  • Experience in teaching BSN concepts and clinical instruction (preferred).
  • Member of good standing of an accredited Nursing Organization.
