ServiceNow Developer Job Description

This is a challenging role for an Application Developer with expertise in ServiceNow, specializing in providing development and maintenance support for ServiceNow tool implementation and customization.

You will possess knowledge in business and technical skills related to specific module/s of ServiceNow and various scripting languages, such as JavaScript. This individual is also proficient in using ServiceNow's low-code/no-code platform, the NOW platform, and can design and develop customized reports by applying code-level changes in the ServiceNow environment.

As a Field Service Management (FSM) ServiceNow Developer, you need a deep understanding of both the ServiceNow platform and the Field Service domain. FSM focuses on managing work performed by field technicians and coordinating logistics like scheduling, dispatch, and asset management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Core ServiceNow Platform Skills
  • Strong knowledge of Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, Flow Designer / Workflow Editor, Glide API and JavaScript
  • FSM-Specific Modules, should be familiar with Work Orders and Work Order Tasks, Dispatcher Workspace, Scheduling and Optimization Engine, Field Agent Mobile App, Territory and Resource Management, Skills & Resource Matching
