About the Position

Sysgen RPO, Inc. is seeking an experienced Financial Services Assistant to support our operations department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of financial services, including credit review and approval, transaction management, and invoice reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Credit Review and Approval: Assist with reviewing credit applications to ensure that they meet all necessary requirements and comply with client finance contracts.
  2. Transaction Management: Assist with coordinating the installation of equipment and ensuring that contract commencement dates align (excluding Consolidated Billing customers).
  3. Invoice Reconciliation: Reconcile invoices with finance contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  4. Data Analysis: Assist with identifying and resolving data matching issues in XLS spreadsheets and preparing uploads into finance portfolio systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Holder of finance or related studies.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of prior settlements experience within leasing or financing industry.
  • Skills: Excellent Excel skills, intermediate Access skills, excellent communication skills, and good level of initiative.
