Product Advocate Manager

As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
- Driving strategic direction for client accounts to achieve maximum growth and success.
- IDentifying opportunities for expansion within your existing client base.
- Mentoring junior colleagues to enhance their skills and expertise.
- Developing and implementing technical architectures that meet client business objectives.
- Serving as a trusted advisor to clients' teams, fostering strong relationships through technical guidance and support.
- Maintaining an in-depth understanding of Proactive AI Agents and guiding clients in adopting relevant features and functionality.
- Understand clients' business drivers and identifying opportunities for Proactive AI Agents to deliver significant business improvements.
- Closely collaborating with Proactive AI Agents sales leads and configuration teams.
- Overseeing end-to-end processes from opportunity validation and planning to delivery.
- Managing stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.
- Providing expert advice on technical, customer experience, security, and delivery matters.
- Working methodically and following established processes.
- Partnership with reporting and insights teams to monitor key account metrics and develop innovative ways to demonstrate Proactive AI Agents' value.
- Clearly communicating Proactive AI Agents' value to clients.
- Fostering strong partnerships through exceptional client relationship management.
- Demonstrating experience in Agile methodologies to illustrate end-to-end processes.
- Effectively articulating complex technical information to senior stakeholders.
- Exhibiting a curious and questioning approach, continually seeking improvement.
