About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Safety Officer to join our team at Presam Construction and General Services. As a Transport Corporate Safety Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and safety of our employees and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • To coordinate and implement safety policies and procedures across our transportation operations.
  • To conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential risks and hazards.
  • To develop and deliver training programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of our staff.
  • To investigate incidents and near-misses, and to implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position, preferably with a background in road transport operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and write reports related to health and safety.
  • 40 Hour BOSH training and additional advanced training in Loss Control Management, Safety Program Audit, and Training of Trainers.
  • 1-3 years' work experience as a CSO, with a proven track record of success in improving safety performance.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of P20,000 per month plus a P3,000 allowance. Accommodation is also provided for those who require it.

Location

The successful candidate will be based at our AC1 office in Guiguinto, Bulacan, working a standard 6-day week. If you are a resident of the area or willing to relocate, we encourage you to apply.
