Remote Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and efficiency. You will be required to research and resolve customer issues on the first call through effective problem-solving, utilizing available resources and following established procedures.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, updating customer information, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
