Job Description

The Clinical Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, and supporting the development of clinical protocols and best practices.

This role involves direct patient care, clinical assessment, documentation, and continuous education to ensure optimal health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver direct patient care based on current clinical practice guidelines and protocols.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for individual patients.
  • Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, health maintenance, and disease prevention.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Maintain infection control and patient safety standards.
  • Assist in the orientation and training of new staff or nursing students.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits as required.
  • Stay up to date with the latest clinical practices, research, and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent
  • Valid PRC ID
  • Has Basic Occupational Safety and Health Training for Nurses (BOSH)
  • With at least 1 to 3 years of clinical or corporate experience preferred
