Job Description:

The Integration Analyst will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to lead the implementation of our solutions suite.

As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for managing client engagements, leading project plans, and overseeing onboarding activities from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the delivery of solution proposals, including technical specifications and cost estimations.
  • Continuously expanding knowledge about our products, solutions, and related technologies.
  • Serving as a business analyst/project manager for each client engagement, ensuring deliverables meet established quality standards and client expectations.
  • Acting as the primary client point of contact, successfully engaging in multiple projects simultaneously, and communicating proactively and regularly with management regarding project updates.
  • Leading regular project status meetings with clients to provide project status updates as required in client contracts.
  • Supporting clients during client test activities, monitoring client progress during initial production rollout, and successfully handing over to Production Support teams.
  • Supervising or supporting transition to operations and support teams after project delivery.
  • Working with senior team members to conduct post-project evaluations to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Providing technical documentation and support materials as needed for successful client implementation.
  • Supporting and completing operational readiness activities and modernization exercises for various solutions.

Requirements:

Key qualifications include:

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  2. Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
  3. Ability to understand complex technical problems and offer practical and innovative solutions.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical jargon for diverse audiences.
  5. Strong presentation skills with experience delivering compelling technical presentations to clients.
  6. Demonstrated ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and craft technical solutions that address their difficulties.
  7. Experience in a fast-paced technology-driven environment.
  8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  9. PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
  10. Proficiency in a second language is highly desirable.
  11. Amenability to work in an APAC/EMEA/US schedule.
