Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage program participant intake through home visits and student interviews
  2. Design and execute interventions and community-building activities, including college bridging, mentoring sessions, and other events
  3. Coordinate with students, parents, volunteers, donors, and other stakeholders to ensure program success
  4. Support the participation of students in events, including donor meet-ups
  5. Provide critical insights on program participants during key decision-making moments
  6. Collaborate with teammates to evaluate and refine program activities and interventions

Requirements:**

  • College graduate in Development Studies, Community Development, Psychology, Education, or Behavioral Sciences or Management
  • Proven experience in project management and event planning
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Previous work in an NGO or corporate social responsibility foundation is an advantage
