About this role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Experience Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across our global customer base.

In this role, you will manage the digital transformation of our customer experience, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions to drive growth, retention, and satisfaction.

You will develop and maintain our digital customer journey playbook, monitor outcomes, and identify areas for automation and process improvement. You will also be responsible for deploying data-driven automated implementation and adoption activities, tracking customer progress, and ensuring data integrity standards are maintained in our systems.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience building digital campaigns and workflows
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
