Senior QA Automation Lead

This role is a challenging opportunity for an experienced Senior QA Automation Lead to drive our quality assurance strategy across teams. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both manual and automation testing, as well as leadership skills to drive team success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices across all projects.
  • Oversee test planning, prioritization, and execution of both manual and automated testing across frontend, backend, and mobile systems.
  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, reusable automated test scripts that simulate end-to-end user interactions across platforms.
  • Monitor automation test coverage and execution results, ensuring issues are identified early and release cycles are efficient and reliable.
  • Review test results and quality metrics, preparing leadership-level reports and recommendations for quality improvements and risk mitigation.
  • Maintain and enhance the automation framework, testing tools, and CI/CD integrations to support continuous testing.
  • Coach QA engineers and foster a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and continuous learning within the QA team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QA processes seamlessly into the development lifecycle and release workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 5+ years of experience in both manual and automation testing.
  • Leadership experience or willingness to take on leadership responsibilities.
  • Development and execution of test plans and scenarios.
  • Experience in writing automated tests in Selenium, Cypress, and Appium, Robot Framework.
  • Testing complex GUIs, APIs, and platforms.
  • Source control management like Git, Bitbucket, etc.
