Job Description

This role is an opportunity to provide timely and effective technical support to restaurant operations, ensuring seamless IT system functioning across multiple venues.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to POS errors, printer malfunctions, delivery platform connectivity, and online reservation systems.

They will also be required to maintain and update POS menus, item settings, modifiers, reservation systems, and online platforms. Effective communication with external vendors and platform support teams is essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide real-time IT support to restaurant teams during business hours
  • Maintain and update POS systems and online platforms
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to POS errors, printer malfunctions, and online reservation systems
