Freelance English Subtitler

We are seeking a skilled English subtitle editor to join our team. As an English subtitle editor, you will be responsible for creating subtitles or English templates for English videos. This is a freelance position with no location limitations.
- Create subtitles or English templates for English videos
- Full quality check for subtitle language mistakes, technical errors, and other issues (includes simple reformatting/offsetting of timecodes)
Key Requirements:
- Excellent command of written English
- Excellent listening skills, to be able to decipher spoken English in various slang and/or accents
- Familiar with various TV series, movies, and cultures would be advantageous
- Positive, can-do spirit, proactive, result-driven, and resourceful
- Willing to learn new things and enjoy new challenges
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and within limited time constraints
Conditions:
- This is a freelance position with no limitation as to the location
- Payment is made via PayPal or Payoneer within 30 days of receiving the original invoice (non-negotiable)
- This is for resource pooling and tasks are available upon clients' needs
