Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced e-commerce marketing manager to join our team. As the key figure in shaping our marketing strategy, you will be responsible for driving business growth through paid and organic channels while strengthening our brand presence globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms to maximize ROI.
  • Drive brand awareness community engagement and brand search volume through targeted strategies.
  • Track analyze and report on performance using GA4 Shopify analytics and attribution platforms.
  • Collaborate with our content team to develop hooks creatives and messaging that resonate with our target audience.
  • Improve customer journey across funnels from awareness to retention ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
  • Plan and allocate marketing budgets to maximize efficiency and meet performance targets.
  • Work with operations product development and leadership to align marketing with launches inventory and business priorities.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience as a marketing manager with a focus on e-commerce DTC.
  • Experience in Shopify.
  • Experience managing a team of minimum 3 people.
  • Proven track record scaling paid media while building brand equity in Google and Meta.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience managing marketing KPIs.
  • Creative mindset with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
