Business Development Representative Role

The Business Development Representative will serve as a key player in driving outbound sales, connecting with CEOs of small to medium-sized businesses and marketing/sales leaders at mid-market firms to schedule qualified product demonstrations for our account executives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize pre-researched warm and cold prospect lists to establish connections with CEOs and marketing/sales leaders.
  • Schedule qualified product demos for our account executives.
  • Exceed quota performance and unlock uncapped commission opportunities.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales or lead generation within the B2B SaaS industry (senior) or 1-2 years (mid-level).
  • Proven track record of scheduling demos with CEOs, founders, or department heads.
  • A hunter mentality: thrive on targets, competition, and overachievement.
  • Excellent English language proficiency with strong phone and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot (or similar CRM software like Salesforce, Pipedrive) and modern sales technology stacks.
  • Ability to work remotely and align with US EST time zones.
