Real Estate Financial Specialist

The ideal candidate for this position will have a solid background in real estate accounting and expertise in financial management. This role focuses on ensuring accurate documentation, timely processing of invoices, and maintaining compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage daily bookkeeping tasks for various properties using AppFolio software.
  2. Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements to ensure accuracy.
  3. Process accounts payable/receivable, and handle tenant billing in a timely manner.
  4. Maintain tenant and owner account records and ensure data integrity.
  5. Support budget preparation and forecasting efforts by analyzing financial trends.
  6. Stay updated with tax laws and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  7. Utilize AppFolio for effective bookkeeping and reporting.
Requirements:
  1. Proven expertise in using AppFolio software effectively.
  2. Strong understanding of real estate accounting principles and financial management.
  3. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
  4. Effective communication abilities, both verbal and written, to work with stakeholders.
  5. Demonstrated capability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently.
