  • Measuring effectiveness and adoption of key dashboards and increasing adoption in collaboration with different teams.
  • Collaborating with leadership to streamline and improve sales processes, tools, and workflows.
  • Eliminating inefficiencies in internal analytics and processes.
  • Scaling analytics or processes where possible.
  • Communicating updated processes as required.
  • Maintaining accuracy in salesforce data.
  • Checking sales data regularly to maintain and improve data hygiene standards.
  • Onboarding new members in the sales and Account management teams as needed.
  • Providing input on territory analysis and ownership of account transfer processes.
  • Implementing global forecasting processes.
  • Supporting ad hoc projects, including system implementation, tool evaluation, and market research.
  • Driving adoption of new technology and processes.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, finance, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and data analysis tools.
  • Effective communication skills to present data and insights.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Able to prioritize effectively.
