At RCX Recruitment Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA/QC Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and handling QA/QC teams within a printing company manufacturing environment.

About the Role

The QA/QC Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the performance and reporting of monthly inspection and audit results, as well as identifying and recommending process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

This is a key leadership role that requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to provide guidance, training, and certifications to QA/QC staff. The successful candidate will also be responsible for implementing new practices to maintain high-quality standards and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

As a QA/QC Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and directing QA/QC employees and production teams, as well as overseeing corrective actions and preventive solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree holder
  • Supervisory experience in managing and handling QA/QC teams within a printing company manufacturing environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and computer literate
  • Strong understanding of ISO standards
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
