Senior Marketing Strategist

At RCN PH - Neo Career Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Strategist to join our team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for managing the overall execution of marketing and branding activities to meet our brand expectations and targets.

We are looking for a dynamic individual with at least five years of experience in marketing management. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical and project management skill set, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies across all platforms to achieve business objectives
• Manage the promotion and positioning of our brand, products, and services
• Oversee the company's marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources
• Analyze the success of marketing campaigns and provide regular reports
• Carry out market research to stay up-to-date with customer trends and predict future trends
• Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results and making data-driven decisions
• Supervise advertising, product design, and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency and quality
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are informed of marketing objectives
• Build good working relationships between internal and external partners and customers
