**Job Description:**We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Backend Developer to join our team. As a senior member of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality backend systems that meet the needs of our customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient backend systems using Python and API design principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements and deliver high-quality results on time.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth and development of our team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our systems and processes.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure that all code meets our high standards for quality and maintainability.

**Requirements:**
  • 5+ years of experience in full stack development, with a strong focus on backend systems.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with FastAPI, Next.js, or similar frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Docker and cloud-native deployment workflows.
