Marketing Role Summary

This role focuses on developing and managing marketing strategies for a law firm. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Manage Marketing Calendar

Create a detailed rolling 3-month marketing calendar that outlines content, campaigns, events, and deadlines. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Develop and Repurpose Marketing Content

Transform attorney-generated content into engaging marketing assets. Create digital and print materials, including blog posts, newsletters, digital ads, flyers, books, videos, webinars, email campaigns, and website updates. Utilize a consistent brand voice and maximize reach across platforms.

Coordinate Events and Speaking Engagements

Organize and promote in-person events and networking meetings. Manage logistics, including scheduling, invitations, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up. Ensure seamless execution and track attendance rates.

Ensure Brand and Ethical Compliance

Lead quarterly meetings to maintain brand consistency. Review all marketing materials for compliance with legal advertising guidelines and the firm's professional code of ethics.

Conduct Market Research and Competitive Analysis

Analyze industry trends, client behavior, and competitor data points to inform campaign planning and content development.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the legal industry
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
