Marketing Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This part-time role offers growth potential and the opportunity to work on a variety of creative projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day marketing tasks, freeing up time for our Marketing Manager to focus on strategy and sales. Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating visual content: Designing and updating brochures, flyers, catalogues, business cards, email signatures, and uniform artwork.
  • Social media management: Scheduling and posting content on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Website updates: Managing website content updates, including images and basic copy changes.
  • Liaising with suppliers: Preparing fleet signage concepts and liaising with suppliers to ensure smooth production.
About the Role

This is not an entry-level position; we require someone with proven marketing and design skills who can take ownership of projects and deliver high-quality results on time.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong design skills: Proficiency in using Photoshop, Illustrator, or Affinity Designer/Publisher.
  • Experience creating print-ready artwork: Familiarity with designing and producing brochures, flyers, and catalogues.
  • Basic website knowledge: Experience with WordPress or other CMS for simple website updates.
  • Social media expertise: Knowledge of social media platforms and scheduling tools.
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to work independently and effectively communicate with colleagues and suppliers.
