Virtual Marketing Professional

We are seeking a skilled Virtual Marketing Professional to support our social media strategy, advertising campaigns, and internal system automations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong grasp of AI tools and automation workflows, as well as hands-on experience in managing social media and content creation.

About the Role

This full-time position involves developing, managing, and repurposing content across multiple platforms. You will also design and distribute engaging email newsletters using Canva and plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta. Additionally, you will monitor financial industry trends and news to create timely, compliant content.

You will be responsible for preparing all content for internal and external compliance approval workflows and building and managing AI-driven workflows and automations for marketing and client engagement. Leveraging AI tools for content ideation, personalization, and scheduling is also essential. Lastly, you will track and optimize campaign performance, ensuring strong ROI across platforms.

The successful candidate will have 2–3 years' experience in digital marketing with proven results, proficiency with social media platforms, Canva, and video editing tools, and demonstrated experience with Google Ads and Meta campaign management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, manage, and repurpose content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Design and distribute engaging email newsletters using B-roll and branded assets in Canva.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta.
  • Monitor financial industry trends and news to create timely, compliant content.
  • Prepare all content for internal and external compliance approval workflows.
  • Build and manage AI-driven workflows and automations for marketing and client engagement.
  • Leverage AI tools for content ideation, personalization, and scheduling.
  • Track and optimize campaign performance, ensuring strong ROI across platforms.
Requirements
  • 2–3 years' experience in digital marketing with proven results.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, Canva, and video editing tools.
  • Demonstrated experience with Google Ads and Meta campaign management.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Zapier, Make, Notion AI, etc.).
  • Ability to create and manage end-to-end marketing automation workflows.
  • Understanding of FCA compliance and the financial services marketing environment preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Independent worker with a high degree of initiative and accountability.
