Key Responsibilities

  • Update and process data in real-time for performance analysis.
  • Obtain quantifiable performance figures to make critical recommendations addressing account performance issues.
  • Manage and monitor the queue for the Operations account against service level attainment.
  • Proactively respond to queue activity by communicating with Operations Management.
  • Act as the central point of communication regarding account performance, cascading vital information to key decision-makers.
  • Escalate relevant information on account performance to Management and document major incidents.
  • Stay up-to-date on new policies and procedures addressing day-to-day account issues.
  • Provide information on key challenges and devise necessary responses to resolve such matters.
  • Ensure passing service levels for each Operations account by engaging in real-time management of the queue.

The ideal candidate will possess knowledge or relevant experience in real-time analytics. They must be able to summarize, visualize, and present data with knowledge of key call center metrics.

Strong analytical skills are required to review information, analyze data, and make appropriate recommendations for improvement. Effective communication skills are essential to ensure employees are kept informed of developments effectively.

The ability to handle pressure is crucial, as this role involves working effectively in fast-paced situations and adapting to rapid changes in information, process, direction, or immediate workflow.
