Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing the Dynamics platform, leading technical teams, and ensuring best practices.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Dynamics team, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, training, conducting regular performance evaluations, and setting team and individual goals.
  • Technical Strategy: Define and guide the architectural vision, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security across Dynamics solutions, designing and overseeing the implementation of tailored solutions that align with clients' business requirements.
  • Business Alignment: Collaborate with senior leadership to align platform direction with business objectives, developing and maintaining a roadmap for Dynamics capabilities and enhancements, ensuring we remain ahead of market trends and client demands.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs, presenting our Dynamics capabilities, and acting as a technical lead in presales activities, including requirements gathering, solution demonstrations, and proposal development.
  • Expert Representation: Represent us at industry conferences and events to strengthen our reputation within the Dynamics and broader tech communities, actively contributing to public forums as an advocate of our technical expertise.
  • Continuous Learning: Commit to staying informed about the latest Dynamics updates, tools, and industry trends, encouraging the team to pursue professional development and knowledge-sharing within the Dynamics ecosystem.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement best practices, quality standards, and governance for Dynamics projects to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality, monitoring and improving platform performance and stability.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that Dynamics implementations adhere to regulatory and security standards, addressing data privacy and security risks, working closely with compliance and security teams to align Dynamics solutions with organisational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Partnership and Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with Microsoft and other relevant partners, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align Dynamics initiatives with broader organisational goals, engaging with key stakeholders to understand and meet business objectives.
  • Support and Flexibility: Be available on call as required to support the business, including occasionally working irregular hours to meet the responsibilities and demands of the role.
