About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our culinary team at E-gmp International Corp.

Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation: Prepare ingredients, portion, and cook menu items according to recipe and presentation standards.

Cooking: Cook food items consistently and accurately in line with both casual and fine dining service expectations.

Quality Control: Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet the restaurant's high standards before serving.

Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.

Inventory and Stocking: Assist in checking stock levels, replenishing kitchen supplies, and alerting the supervisor of low inventory items.

Equipment Management: Use kitchen equipment safely, report any malfunctions, and assist with cleaning and maintenance.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff and front-of-house teams to ensure timely and efficient food service.

Compliance: Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations and uphold restaurant policies and procedures.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a line cook in casual and fine dining establishments.
  • Previous experience with brands like KFC, Wendy's, Kenny Rogers, or Subway is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality food presentation.
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and adaptable.
Working Hours and Benefits

Working hours: 8 hours with 1 day off per week
