Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Service Desk Team
  • Provide expert technical guidance and support to team members
  • Escalate complex technical issues to senior leadership
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in IT or a related field
  • Proven experience in IT service delivery and management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
