Job Summary:

This role involves providing clerical and administrative support to the HR Line Manager, compiling and updating employee records, processing documentation, and coordinating HR projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and programs to support business goals.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Line Manager, including maintaining records, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings.
  • Compile and update employee records, including performance evaluations, training completion records, and other relevant data.
  • Process documentation related to personnel activities, such as performance evaluations, learning and development programs, and other HR initiatives.
  • Coordinate HR projects, including training programs, meetings, and surveys.
  • Take minutes of meetings as needed and distribute documentation to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the Human Resource Industry, especially in administrative roles, training, and logistics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Application Tools, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience as a Training Admin and ability to assess presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Training and facilitation experience.
  • Experience with HR software and systems.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
