Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist to optimize both On-Page and Off-Page SEO. The successful candidate will leverage AI tools, programmatic SEO, and SEO automation to scale and improve SEO processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • On-Page SEO
  1. Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities and target high-value search terms.
  2. Optimize website content including meta tags, header tags, internal linking, and image alt attributes.
  3. Work with the content team to ensure that all on-page elements are optimized for search engines and user engagement.
  4. Implement structured data (Schema Markup) to enhance visibility in search results.
Off-Page SEO
  1. Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority and rankings, including partnerships, guest blogging, and outreach.
  2. Monitor backlink quality, and regularly clean up any low-quality or toxic backlinks.
  3. Stay current with SEO best practices and Google's algorithm changes to maintain a penalty-free backlink profile.
  4. Engage in social media and other third-party platforms to enhance brand presence and generate quality backlinks.
AI in SEO
  1. Leverage AI-powered tools to assist in content creation, keyword research, and competitive analysis.
  2. Use AI for content generation and optimization, ensuring content meets SEO guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
  3. Monitor AI-driven insights to continuously refine SEO strategies and enhance ranking performance.
Programmatic SEO
  1. Implement programmatic SEO strategies to automate content generation and optimize large-scale websites or content hubs.
  2. Utilize AI and data-driven techniques to generate high-quality landing pages at scale while maintaining SEO best practices.
  3. Analyze and improve performance of programmatic SEO strategies to enhance site traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
SEO Automation
  1. Develop and implement automated SEO processes for tasks such as rank tracking, keyword research, and technical audits.
  2. Use SEO automation tools to streamline reporting and data collection.
  3. Optimize workflows for increased efficiency, enabling the team to focus on strategic SEO initiatives and growth.
Analytics & Reporting
  1. Regularly track, analyze, and report on key SEO performance metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and backlink health.
  2. Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to assess and report on SEO performance.
  3. Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to improve SEO outcomes for client projects.
