Role Description
The Payroll Specialist will play a critical role in the management of caregiver schedules and accurate payment processing. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience with payroll software.

About the Position
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and develop your skills in payroll management. As a Payroll Specialist, you will work closely with project managers and facilities to ensure accurate and timely payment to caregivers.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage caregiver schedules and information in a payroll software platform
* Review and verify the accuracy of caregiver information and schedules
* Utilize validation methods to ensure payroll data accuracy
* Email communication with Project Managers and Facilities
* Ensure accurate and timely payment to caregivers

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Proficient in MS Office tools
* Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral
* Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Knowledge in Caresmartz is an advantage but not required
* Preferably a graduate of Accounting/Finance related courses
* Knowledge in U.S. Payroll is a plus
* Ability to verify a license in registry website
* Experience in using Adobe Acrobat
