Job Title: Manufacturing Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our machine shop.

  • This role involves managing and coordinating the activities of machinists, ensuring that production targets are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with experience in supervising teams and mentoring staff members.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this position, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and coordinate the work of machinists to ensure efficient production and high-quality results.
  2. Plan and schedule production to meet deadlines and maintain a safe working environment.
  3. Monitor and control costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
  4. Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum two (2) to three (3) years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
