Technical Support Specialist Job Description

This position involves interacting with customers to address inquiries and resolve complaints regarding products and services.

  • The role requires responsible individuals who can collaborate with various teams in handling customer needs.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compose thoughtful responses to customer requests.
  • Triage incoming requests and identify trends in customer issues.
  • Interact with customers to provide accurate information with empathy and professionalism.
  • Log, manage, and follow up on all customer support tickets.
  • Perform problem-solving tasks and ensure that issues are properly documented, prioritized, tracked, and resolved.

Requirements:

  • At least a bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Technical Support is required.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn about how networks and IT technology behave and operate.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex ideas to customers.
  • Aptitude to quickly learn and navigate new technology, systems, and applications.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
