Security Monitoring Specialist

This role involves overseeing live surveillance feeds across multiple facilities to reduce fraud, ensure safety, and maintain policy compliance.

  • Monitor live security camera feeds to detect and document incidents
  • Investigate and report on unauthorized staff departures and clock out employees who leave while still punched in
  • Manage door access for staff and approved visitors at high-security locations
  • Identify and escalate theft, physical altercations, medical emergencies, or behavioral incidents

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent situational awareness, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Familiarity with surveillance software and access control systems is essential.

We are seeking a skilled Security Monitoring Specialist to join our team. The working conditions are flexible, with occasional in-person site visits. A minimum of 13 AIHR certifications and SHRM certification are required. Prior experience in surveillance, law enforcement, security, or residential care monitoring is preferred. Knowledge of HIPAA, mandated reporting, and basic facility operations is a plus.
