Accounting Leader Role

This is a senior-level accounting position responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and be able to lead a team to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective accounting processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage a team of accountants to prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Conduct regular audits of various branches to ensure accuracy and compliance.


Qualifications:
  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • At least 5 years of working experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge in non-life insurance.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
