As an HRIS Specialist, you will be part of a global team responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and usability of employee data and HR systems.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering day-to-day support for employee data transactions from pre-employment through offboarding, ensuring accuracy and compliance in Workday and other HR systems.
  • Maintaining and protecting confidential employee data with a high degree of discretion and responsibility.
  • Providing global production support by researching and resolving HCM process and data issues, collaborating closely with the HR Operations team and other key stakeholders.
  • Responding to tickets, emails, and chats from internal users as needed, escalating to the HRIS Supervisor for complex or sensitive cases.
  • Monitoring Workday inbox and ensuring timely execution of assigned tasks, keeping data clean and audit-ready.
  • Collaborating with HRIS team members across regions to ensure alignment, consistency, and adoption of shared best practices.
  • Supporting UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for new functionality, working with IT or Business Analysts to validate system behavior before release to production.

For this role, we are looking for candidates with 1–2 years of experience in HRIS support, employee data management, or HR operations, preferably in a Shared Services or multi-geo setup.

The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of Workday or similar HRIS platforms, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to data accuracy and compliance.
