Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience in finance and data management?

We are seeking a Master Data Management Manager to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of professionals in managing customer and vendor master data.

Job Description

As a Master Data Management Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing robust data governance frameworks and practices to ensure data quality, compliance, and consistency.
  • Establishing clear guidelines for data integrity, ownership, standards, and maintenance protocols.
  • Defining ownership roles and responsibilities for data stewardship and establishing escalation paths for data governance issues.
  • Driving the modernization of information management practices within the organization by staying abreast of evolving concepts, emerging tools/automation/analytics and best practices.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum ten (10) years' related experience; Shared Service Organization experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining strict attention to detail.

Requirements
  • Lean Six Sigma training a plus.
  • Proficient use of MS Office (expert in Excel).
  • Knowledge of MS Power Platform and VBA is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team and/or establish new service offerings.
